The mower performs mowing down high- yielding natural and sown grasses at heightened transitional speeds with stacking of the sown mass. The mower can be used for skewing crushed grasses, small bushes and weed. It can be used on the slopes up to 10 degrees.

Stem shearing is made with the help of lamellar arched double-sided knifes. If one working side is deteriorated, it is possible to use it in the further work, if knife be rearranged on a rotary mower with an opposite direction of rotation. The knives can be easily changed if worn-out.

The mower can be mounted to the tractors MTZ-80/82, MTZ-100/102, UMZ-6. It’s possible to use it with tractors T-40, DT-75, T-70S.
But for all that it is necessary to use cardan shaft with distance on hinges:
For T-40 (with extender of power shaft):       640-695 mm
For DT-75:                                                           1000-1335 mm
For T-70:                                                              610-950 mm
