The enterprise produces details and units for agricultural, motor-car and municipal machinery for more than 75 years. We constantly master the production of new details, broaden our assortment, and fulfill orders of our European customers. During 15 years of collaboration with German concern Jungheinrich AG, companies Acla-Werke GmbH, Hako-Werke GmbH, Steinbock GmbH , Duvelsdorf Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Stopfix Bremse Schroeter & Co. GmbH and many others, the manufacture of hundreds new parts and units were mastered annually.

Huge technical production possibilities, namely aluminum and cast iron foundry, thermic, forging, pressing, metal treatment, galvanic and assembly production, which make up the complete technological cycle, and allow fulfilling orders for manufacturing different units according to the client’s drawings. We can supply you both ready-made goods and semi-finished details.

The output of our foundry shop is more than 50,000 tons of cast iron and more than 1,000,000 ready-made units. Forge shop has the capability of manufacturing up to 20 000 tons of steel forgings per year. The workshops consist of more than 4,000 units of technological equipment, including 2,650 metal cutting machines, 145 foundries, 50 thermic, 160 welding and 50 forging machines.

Foundry and metal treatment capabilities of “Manufacturing firm “KTD” allows fulfilling orders for manufacturing liners for different machinery, with diameter from 75 till 150 mm, with length from 80 till 400 mm. Annual production capabilities is 2-3 million pieces.

With dynamic and efficient production, high-precision equipment we can master new models of liners and pistons, develop and improving agricultural implements, manufacture details and machinery on the customers’ orders and demands.

Multi-stage quality control is applied in every step of production process, starting from spectral analysis of alloys, finishing with high-precision measurement and selection of components in central factory laboratory certified by UkrSEPRO system and Veritas bureau.

In 2003 and 2005 “Manufacturing firm “KTD” has been audited and given the Quality management certificate ISO 9001:2000. Thus, we can constantly improve quality control of all production and administration processes – from receiving raw materials to supplying the ready-made goods to the customers.
